How NWS.ONE handles personal data, preferences and approximate country detection.

Scope
This policy covers the NWS.ONE marketing website. The live application is a separate service with its own terms.
Data we process
The website is static. We process the technical data required to serve pages, the preferences you choose (language and country), and the content of messages you voluntarily send through the AI assistant or the contact form.
Approximate country detection
On your first visit we may derive an approximate country from your IP address in order to suggest an initial language and region. The result is a country code. Your IP address is not stored by this website, no profile is created, and the suggestion never overrides a choice you have made.
Local storage
We store two non-sensitive preference values in your browser: nws_language and nws_country, plus your cookie consent choice. No passwords, API keys, authentication tokens or sensitive personal data are stored.
AI assistant
Messages you send to the assistant are forwarded to a language model provider in order to generate a reply. Conversations are not stored in a database by NWS.ONE.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings.
